Treating Patients as Strategic Stakeholders
🔥
NEW After working for more than 4 years and on 4 different health care concepts I realized that though the patient is a strategic stakeholder, in the health care industry it is one without power. In India patients are still a customer which is quite far from the 'king' status.
There is huge untapped demand for health care services, but still there is very limited initiatives towards addressing this. In developing countries like India where the majority of health care services are located in metros or tier I cities, how can this basic issue be resolved.
Would anybody like to contribute how our poor patient can become a true 'king'?
