  Certainly, agility should be a permanent concern in any excellency oriented organization and precisely, it is this condition what lets us face all challenges, risks or tasks in a quick way.
But when we begin to see deficiencies in our operational processes in spite of a good organizational climate, it is time to attempt for developing a new planned agility effort.
