Is Agility a Long Term Strategy?

Should agility be treated as a long-term strategy or is it merely one specific way of creating strategies, adaptively adjusting the goals that have been set in before? As a global company, it might be difficult to meet agility and expecting a result in a quick turn.

Is Agility a Long Term Strategy?

Certainly, agility should be a permanent concern in any excellency oriented organization and precisely, it is this condition what lets us face all challenges, risks or tasks in a quick way.
But when we begin to see deficiencies in our operational processes in spite of a good organizational climate, it is time to attempt for developing a new planned agility effort.
