Stakeholder Map for Pharma Company
I am wondering if you have a framework that could describe stakeholder mapping for the pharma company (physicians, patients, payors)? Power is definitely one dimension but not sure what is the other. Thanks

Stakeholder Map for Pharma Company
Surely it would be possible to create a stakeholder map for pharma using any of the above three stakeholder mapping methods... What precisely is your issue, Marina?

Stakeholder Mapping in Pharma
Pfizer was the first to introduce stakeholder mapping for farmers and this was developed in U.K. by Haigh-Walsh mapping early adopter physicians who had local influence in narrow categories of therapy. Essentially they were fashion-leaders based on novelty continually trying new therapies in their disease category. Their attraction was sapiential... They had more expertise and this reputation was followed by others who were less prone to experiment but could be relied on to use new "proven" approaches. This phenomenon works across all industries, usually with a 20-year progress through the population from first user to last adopter.
This even seems true of mobile phones although uptake case an earlier curve of adoption, the tail is just as long for the type of technology.
