Satisficing all Stakeholders
I like this article. It shows that no stakeholder is to be left out as all of them should be carefully understood and dealt with appropriately. But this also leave me with a question. Are we trying to "satisfice" all the stakeholders in the organization?

Satisfying All Stakeholders
Stakeholders' expectations need to be considered in the strategy evaluation.
Before deciding any change initiative which might be as a reflection of internal or external environmental change, the strategic leaders must consider internal stakeholders' expectations to achieve the strategic fit. And also the external stakeholders' needs must be considered, especially the community for any change initiative must contribute positively to the current issues like environmental concerns etc..
