What Consequences if Top Executive don't do what they Promised
Can somebody give exemples or hints of what kind of consequences the CEO of a company could take if his executive team repetively doesn't deliver what they promised?

What Consequences if Top Executive don't do what they Promised to Do
Analyse the reason for the repeated failures. Chances are that the executives have not understood the objective, are not trained, not motivated, the objective is not realistic, vague & not measurable, resource constraints.
It is rare that anybody fails due to lack of effort. If adequate inputs are available to him & someone still fails, there's no choice but to finally shake hands.
