Hi, I need a bit more information about your task. Think about the project charter in which you exactly defined what the project is about. What is the process we talk about? A view on an end-to-end process? Or are you analyzing a bottleneck which caused dissatisfaction on the customer's side?

Please start your project from comparison of good versus bad, i.e. facilities provided to passengers versus not provided. Establish your limits for facilities to be provided. Check cultural expectation by means of Kano analysis. Prepare list and start measure phase. If needed contact me for more information.

How Can Six Sigma Be Applied to Passengers Handling Services in Air Transportation at an Airport?
I feel that first you should define the CTQs (Critical-to-Quality) for passengers handling services. Collect data for each of the CTQs and findout the problem area to be focused and use DMAIC to bring improvement.

Please Explain CTQs???
