Learning Organizations vs Social Media
I think that we can develop a different point of view or a relationship between social media and learning organizations. Social media are changing budgets on marketing departments and the approach of companies to the market, to get closer of the customers. Recently we saw numbers with 25% of the budgets of marketing now into social media. This establishes an evolution of organizations concerning the way they see their clients.
They are learning ways to continue with proximity concept with customers and realize that even CRM - customer relationship management investments can now value 0, if they don't change the way of think, develop, sale, advertise, communicate.
Besides all this vision, I consider ethics subject more important than ever. I'm thinking of developing something into this areas. Learning organization / social media / ethics.
