Hi Tiwary, To some extent this sounds excellent. But there is a need to measure the maturity level of the employees, knowledge, discipline and attitude needs to to be ascertained, else the organisation can not last for generations.
Reason whenthere is a lack of the above attributes, this goes into the designing of the organisation and destabilizes the organisation.
The business may collapse. Hence important attributes as specified above are to be considered before designing the organisation.
