Hi everyone, the supply chain has become a very hot issue nowadays and it is now considered a profit center for many organisation and no longer a cost center. My question is that, what are the top KPIs that should be looked at in the supply chain in general and especially for pharmaceutical supply chain to increase the efficiency and reduce the cost.
