BSC Difference Between CSF and Goals
Daniele, Student (MBA), Italy, Member
Hello, my name is Dan and I am an MBA student.
I am learning BSC and I cannot understand the difference between CSF and goals.
Can anyone please clarify this difference possibly with a couple of ECOFIN examples?
Thanks,
Dan.

Hi Daniele, a CSF is a feature of the internal or external environment of an organization that has a major influence on achieving the organization's goals. A CSF may either help or hinder the organization to accomplish its goals.
