I am interested in definitions and practices of measuring a KPI - DIFOTOQ

On Time in Full

Customer delivery schedule and its confirmation by the supplier is only a first step in satisfying a partial list customer expectation. However it is a very important step which not only gives the confidence to buyer but also imposes a commitment internally with the supplier for meeting it.
THE CUSTOMER BECOMES MORE HAPPY AND WILL FEEL SATISFIED IF WE ARE GOING TO DELIVER FULL QUANTITY AS COMMITTED. The relationship strengthens a lot due to this on time in full compliance. While we consider quantity quality compliance to the full extent put the customer at ease to buy from us in future too continuously. Will result in repeat business. Any organisation should all the time strive to achieve this parameter without fail.
