3 What Questions to Question Insight

There are three other very powerful 'WHAT' questions that can be used to chip away at any problem being tackled by an action learning set:
What are we really trying to do?
What is stopping us from doing it?

Why as a Driver

Why? from my point of view is the main purpose, objective that drives around all the things, actions, activities that we develop in a business, but also in daily life:
For example: I will go to sleep because I am tired. (the main objective is to not feel tired anymore... Recover the good spirit, mood, feel powerful and productive, etc.
