Result Oriented Management is a good method in getting things done
, but unfortunately when the direction is too much oriented for results and without any consideration for human ethics
it may make people feel neglected and unconsidered. It will be more interesting to insert a motivation process in that tool, although it is not pulling out the fact that ROM is helping people to building up skills and personal achievement.
