@VINCENT MWESIGE: Regular report is required on assignments or a task. Analyzing reports and taking prompt action on critical issues are very important to achieving result. A case in point is the experience I gathered in managing an international NGO support project. Meeting timelines in submitting periodic report is very important in keeping the link with the project sponsor and the stakeholders. Thus, it helps in taking further decision making.
