The PSCI Model on Role Clarity
Gautam, Other, India

Whats the difference between RASCI and PSCI Model?
PSCI stands for:
P - Primary
S - Shared
C - Contributory
I - Informed
My understanding is it's used to achieve role clarity (clarifying who is accountable for what?) and RASCI is more used for process clarity.
