Starting with Co-Creation
If your strategy is tailor-made flour, then co-creation with your clients is most important - getting the client involved in developing the flour and improving it further. Meaning, product development and performance with your clients. But for cost competitiveness, you must also involve internal resources - process development and improvement. Organize a management team to oversee overall work and specific project teams for various areas of development and improvement. Make sure that the internal team is aligned with the external (with customer) team.
