How to Start with Co-Creation?

We are a flour mill focused on high-end customers who use wheat flour. Our main strategy is tailor-made flour for the companies that have some particular requirement and are willing to pay for the requirement. How should we start co-creation to enforce our strategy?

Starting with Co-Creation

If your strategy is tailor-made flour, then co-creation with your clients is most important - getting the client involved in developing the flour and improving it further. Meaning, product development and performance with your clients. But for cost competitiveness, you must also involve internal resources - process development and improvement. Organize a management team to oversee overall work and specific project teams for various areas of development and improvement. Make sure that the internal team is aligned with the external (with customer) team.
