Governments Should be Considered as Value Chains for the Citizens

🔥NEW It's obvious that corruption, misleading and empiricism are affecting the political parties that rule many countries under the assumption of being "democratic governments".
Governments should be considered as "Value Chains" for citizens, wishing and searching for an economical, political, social and humanitarian stability, in interdependence with other countries within their region and beyond.
For instance, tenders or bidding national procedures might replace the "democratic" elections as we all know, where parties, in the form of PMOs (Project Management offices) present national plans of development for the consideration of the "well informed and participant" new bread of citizens and civil organizations.
We need the mainstream media agencies to support such an ambitious initiative, against all odds.
