Most managers have experiences with positive and negative effects of culture on the plans and strategies of the organization. How can we manage the culture so that company objectives are met. Dear Mr. Aziz; to know the level of your organization culture you can evaluate your employees know how then you must enhance their skills by training and encourage them to get more information about their specialist.
And to tie the objectives of organization with that of people I think it happens in uncommon cases
