Most managers have experiences with positive and negative effects of culture on the plans and strategies of the organization. How can we manage the culture so that company objectives are met. What methodology shall be used?
1. Enhance positive cultures
2. Evaluation of cultural risks
3. Look to the strategies from point of view of staff
4. Tie the organizational objectives to the people objectives
