PMO in Human Resources

How can I apply the PMO to a recruiting process in the human resources field?
Does anybody have an implemented model? Thanks a lot!

PMBOK is Intended for Projects, not Repetitive Processes

Hi, since the recruiting process is a repetitive endeavor, I would rather approach it with a reengineering mindset instead of a project management mindset. You can extrapolate several ideas from the PMBOK though.
From that perspective, I would suggest to map out the process, create KPIs and SOPs, train, record control charts, and then run and improve it.
