Nowadays, most developing countries are willing to implement and deliver many projects in order to cope with their economical challenges.
The benefits of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for managing businesses is indisputable, but their applicability comes with certain challenges and prerequisites in terms of socio-cultural barriers, countries' local policies, and background infrastructures, to support their operationality. How can developing countries, lacking financial ressources, appropriate reforms/policies take advantage of technological tools to promote project management in their countries?
In short, how can ICT contribute to project success, especially for developing countries?
