Some Thoughts on Change
Change is an everyday concept. Without change there will not be continuity, and without continuity there will be a collapse in the system.
Organizational change requires transparency. There needs to be communication, understanding, awareness of what it is all about for it to be effective.
Change requires time. It is not a now affair but time should be allowed for it to work out well. There is no shortcut.
Change is a process. There are procedures, steps that need to be followed for it to materialize.
Change is dynamic and not static.
