🔥 NEW Besides the 3 dimensions (Content, Process and Context), we need to accompany change. Without change there is no progress, but change without Relationship (and emotional intelligence) is hard and we may be far from reaching our objectives. You can think of at least 3 things to avoid that:
1. The leader is supposed to integrate the change.
2. People around (staff colleagues or employees) should feel his motivation.

The Star Model by Galbraith
I think you made a very good suggestion. The Star Model by Galbraith actually has 5 dimensions for any organizational change and includes "People"; approximately equal to your "Relationship".
