Without change there is no progress, but change without Relationship (and emotional intelligence) is hard and we may be far from reaching our objectives. The Star Model by Galbraith

I think you made a very good suggestion. The Star Model by Galbraith actually has 5 dimensions for any organizational change and includes "People"; approximately equal to your "Relationship".
