The Need to Accompany Change with Relationship
Besides the 3 dimensions (Content, Process and Context), we need to accompany change. Without change there is no progress, but change without Relationship (and emotional intelligence) is hard and we may be far from reaching our objectives. You can think of at least 3 things to avoid that:
1. The leader is supposed to integrate the change.
2. People around (staff colleagues or employees) should feel his motivation.
3. Promoting relational management should prove helpful.
