In my humble opinion, there are always going to be disagreements when the company grants freedom to their workers about the way to do things (empowerment of employees).
In my view, the proposed system by Peters of simultaneous loose-tight properties can function on two pillars or mechanisms to solve this type of potential problems:
1. A shared mission and vision by all members of the company. They will then guide the actions of the employees.
2. The obligation to reach agreement among members through negotiation on the strategies to follow.
