Human Behavior and Mind Limit Measurement and Management

Although the question is somewhat limited I will try to answer, based on what I have seen. As this is a research subject that is rather hard to execute, so I have little knowledge of research on this subject.
The first limitation is the HUMAN MIND and the second HUMAN EXPERIENCE. Both measurement and management work with the complexity of HUMAN EXISTENCE (the third limitation) confounded by our mind and experience.
The amount of factors that are of influence are so plentiful, that it is almost impossible to know which factor created what effect.
Combine this with the fact that on one person a certain factor can have a completely different effect than on another person and you start to see why measuring and management is limited.
In that sense management is an art and not a science, you need experience and an inquisitive mind that questions everything and most of all yourself and your own behaviour. Having the wrong experience and/or a selfish attitude can create a bad management style.
