John, the essence of your business model is product or inventory turnover. Apply SIPOC which will provide a high level map of your core processes. This will enable you to identify where the bottlenecks are. These bottlenecks can be divided into symptoms, physical causes and the deeper system causes. The areas to focus will become clear. Success.
