🔥NEW We know commodities when they're customized become products, products when further customized become services, services when further customized become experiences and experiences on further customization become transformations.
The price level increases with personalization which is nothing but upward stretching. The question is, does any further classification exist at the level of experiences and transformation... For example, experience could be further classified as a level 1 or 2 experience, depending on degree of personalization.
