Could someone advise how pricing is done in the outsourcing industry?

Pricing of Outsourcing

Pricing by a subcontractor is done the usual way, however, there are cost components to be taken into account to calculate the real costs for an outsourcing organization. Examples of these costs are: cost of (subcontractor) management, cost of (own) oganization reduction, extra supply chain costs, etc.
