My experience is the bigger the company moving to outsourcing of customer service, the higher the risk in customer satisfaction. Offshoring increases the risk even more.

I agree that outsourcing affects customer satisfaction due to the degree of distancing the advantage of understanding and comprehension of not only the English language but the inability to assist in matters that require immediate assistance.
