Implementing Organizational Learning
I appreciate the concept of organizational learning. Its operationalization has been a problem. Many times it has been reduced to the training function in the organization.
Indeed people have questioned whether anybody has seen organization learning in an actual vivid manner? Or is this just a nebulous concept?
Can one look at an organization and see parameters that can be measured?
Can we ever really organize learning? Should learning be done in an organized manner?

Starting Organizational Learning? Board Support and Training are Needed
To put the first stone on Organizational Learning (OL) and Development, firstly change the thought of Board of Directors and Administration Board.
Now, from this mind or vision to learn and adapt new acts, all employees can learn the need of constructive contribution or inspiration for solution.
When the necessary change in business system processes and appropriate training for new recruitments or entry level employees are implemented properly this could cause a dramatic improvement of sales.
But sorry, Vietnam is lacking funds or interest in this matter. This creates opportunity, but also a challenge is down on the road of development. Just for sharing!
