Individual learning is a process through which individuals change their behaviors, way of doing things and perceptions based on information and lessons learnt from another sources.
While organizations evolve based on the same principles, individuals are key vehicles of an organization who facilitates learning.

A gap may exist between different functional and specialist units in an organization.
Also there may exist a degree of difference in improving action through knowledge among individuals in various departments in the organization.

Sometimes the power of individuals is also important.
I quite agree with the view of organizational learning, but at the same time we can not ignore the role of individuals, in many organizations personal factors will be active in the decision-making or the direction of the discussion - such as a leader or some influential people, which makes people can not fully express themselves.
On the contrary, there are some people within and have to work independently as well as better suited to play to their imagination and creativity, it also can not be ignored. For example, some require creative design, a revolutionary point of view, many of the founding religious epiphany comes from the founder, then it spreads to others. Of course, my writing is valid just sometimes.
