Individual learning is a process through which individuals change their behaviors, way of doing things and perceptions based on information and lessons learnt from another sources.
While organizations evolve based on the same principles, individuals are key vehicles of an organization who facilitates learning.

The assumption that organizational learning and individual learning complement each other is not really true.
A gap may exist between different functional and specialist units in an organization.
Also there may exist a degree of difference in improving action through knowledge among individuals in various departments in the organization.

但是同时认为我们也不能忽视个人的作用,组织活动中的决策或讨论方向多少会受到个人因素的影响--如领导者或一些有影响力的人,这使得人们不能完全地表达自己。相反,有一些内向而又有才能的人更适合于独立工作以及发挥自己的想象力和创造力,这同样是不能忽视的。比如一些需要创造力的设计、革命性的观点,很多宗教的创始都来自于创始人的顿悟,之后才传播给他人。当然,仅仅是有时候~.

I quite agree with the view of organizational learning, but at the same time we can not ignore the role of individuals, in many organizations personal factors will be active in the decision-making or the direction of the discussion - such as a leader or some influential people, which makes people can not fully express themselves.
On the contrary, there are some people within and have to work independently as well as better suited to play to their imagination and creativity, it also can not be ignored. For example, some require creative design, a revolutionary point of view, many of the founding religious epiphany comes from the founder, then it spreads to others.
