Individual learning is a process through which individuals change their behaviors, way of doing things and perceptions based on information and lessons learnt from another sources.
While organizations evolve based on the same principles, individuals are key vehicles of an organization who facilitates learning.

A gap may exist between different functional and specialist units in an organization.
