In Henry Fayol's 14 principles of management, he says "trained, trusted and experienced staff should be retained" (Stability of Tenure). It is therefore important for the employers to secure employees' commitment through training and trust. In return the employees will build and develop their commitment in the organization/system through diligence, punctuality and high level of professionalism.
