Agility is the ability to develop and respond towards changes. It is the capability to craft changes.
It is the ability to respond to changes in order to derive advantages to cope with a dynamic environment. In other words, it is considered as the capability to adapt swiftly and move toward the shifting requirements in the external environment.
It is the readiness to respond to changing demands.
