Change is required for everything, yet it is the most difficult discipline to embed.
Why is it so difficult? Most organisations see change as a project
that comes and go as and when you need it. However, change should be considered a culture!
It must be part of how the business is done. Organisations that build change agility competencies enable their organisations.
The question is how do you establish and nurture this process in the right way?
In my view, being change agile starts with the strategy of the organisation and how we enable leaders to lead the organisation. Next, we must establish HR strategies that create talent nurturing competencies, building the required depth in employees that have a huge potential to establish change ability within the organisation.
