Fluid Organzation Chart
I like this idea too. The external environment of organizations changes quickly. So organization must also change quickly. So organograms need to change quickly and be flexible and yes ideally fluid. It is logical.
I have actually seen organization charts which are not having the usual lines and functions, but are composed of circles and the like, indicating groups of people who together are responsible for some range of activities or for some customer segment.
