How will I calculate the NPV if I only have the different annual income for 6 years business proposal?

If you only know the expected future cash flows, but you're missing the cost of capital (the discount rate) and the initial investment you cannot calculate the net present value of an investment.

Data Needed for NPV

To calculate the NPV of any project, you must have initial investment, discount rate and expected future cash flows. Discount rate may vary from company to company based on the risk involved in the project.
