I am setting up a digital learning platform for staff members of many different organisations about the dynamics of different generations and generations types in organisations. The platform is based on SECI.
There is a lot of information here about SECI in organisations. However I did not find information about using SECI for a learning platform, that is not a part of an organisation.

Socialisation: the Most 'un-manageable' Phase in SECI
Of course, 12manage as a digital learning platform as well as a database is very valuable.
But I feel (means: I am not confident) that socialisation is a very inter-personal matter. Nonaka stresses that this is a face-to-face process where the teacher is influenced and is learning as much as the student. This process-step seems difficult in a "digital" environment.
I suppose that the "originating BA" cannot be virtual or digital?
