Purpose of Public Organizations in the USA is Often Irresponsible
@Jaap de Jonge: Agreed 100%. The purpose is predetermined for Public Organizations by some legislative act or an archived systemic process and suggested application.
Unfortunately, in the USA the majority of laws being created these days are fraught with personal agendas of lunatic or publicly elected incompetent legislators. As such, most legislation, which requires some form of Public Organization or subsystem is tainted before it is deemed clear for some aggressive enforcement. As such, the public is seldom if ever knowledgeable of the true pPurpose behind the painful and destructive laws created and approved by a cast of publicly elected clowns.
For example, in the USA, more than 23 States have enacted gun-carrying legislation, where open carry of guns is preferred to the former concealed weapon permit system, which emphasized responsible management of possessing a gun.
The entire 2nd Amendment crutch for the ignorant and divisive lunatics in the USA is an embracing of an amendment that was enacted to "Legally", with government permission, perform GENOCIDE against the Native American People in 1779. The same holds true as pertains to the widely spread "STAND YOUR GROUND" laws in Florida, Ohio and other irresponsible geographic designations. Approval of GENOCIDE against selective groups of ethnicities and races.
Purpose for Public Organizations is simple. If you want to wrok here then comply with the irresponsible rules.
