													I found all 4 strategic types most convincing and these optional strategies just helped me while creating a startup business plan. 

This type of strategic analysis used is very motivational and encouraging. And helpful in setting winning business trends and supportive in educational guidance for practical references as well. They can take an organisation from startup entrepreneurial problem and give guideline to gaining competitive advantage against its rivals.
