Formalise, Connect, Invest and Reinforce
In organisations where knowledge sharing is not a culture, mentorship can become a challenge. One might need to assist the process by formalising, connecting, investing and reinforcing:

2. Connect through creation of knowledge inventories, expert identification, projects and communities of practise
3. Invest: provide for time spent by mentor and mentee on training
