I would want to put product ("the what") naturally first in the case of purchases from a physical location, but in this case, the main value proposition is that of "an easier and alternative location to purchase what you would normally buy in a physical location
In this regard, we may want to say that the product is "actually the service of providing an alternative channel", with the place being the "web and webpages".
As such the list still remains the traditional product, place, price and promotion, its just the twist to the definition of the product. Any thought on this?
