Temporary Team Coordinator
My management skills and knowledge are below zero, but I want learn and practice. The only models of leadership were my first team manager and then another supervisor.
My question is somehow related to leadership(i think!).
Current situation: our current boss got a promotion, so our team is going to be "boss-less", therefore he said that our team could be lead by one of us for a period of 3 months on a rotation
basis(we are only 3).
The problem that this sort of team coordination role
hasn't been defined and our boss has no idea what would be the role description.
The question is: what do you think? How would one handle such assignment? What sort of readings shall I search in order to be ready?
