Home versus Office: The Rise of the Performance Contract?
By now, both individuals and employers have had the time and opportunity to arrive at some objective truths re work-performance; home versus office. It is assumed that there has been on-going monitoring of performance/outputs and where possible, relevant and valid (pre-Covid) comparisons made. A great opportunity for both parties to reappraise/reassess the employment relationship with the emphasis upon performance (improvement) and the role of geo-location with all its pro's and cons.
