Relationship Marketing Should be a Systematic Approach

Implementing a customer relationship program or as you refer to it in your article as "Developing Customer Communication Systems" is a key factor in making relationship marketing work in your business.

A random approach to relationship marketing will seldom work in any business. A systematic approach must be taken so that it is not dependent on people but instead on a functional role. If someone leaves your organization then the replacement can take over immediately because there is a system in place.

For relationship marketing to work one must follow a consistent approach that over time yields repeat business, increase in referrals, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
