Increasing Sales with Relationship Marketing

In my opinion, you as a relationship marketer listen to the problems/issues of your customer and give them the right advice. Maybe they are wrong in marketing their products, products manufacturing or have hired a wrong dealer etc.
Note that this could be the best way to increase
sales, as a limitation of relationship marketing is that the marketer aims at customer retention and satisfaction
with the customers, not the (first) sale.
