Criteria to Identify Lean Project in SAP

1. Consider fixed bid projects as signed with the client
2. Projects having low contribution margins
3. Projects having low mutualization
4. Projects having scope available to apply reuse assets
5. Projects having scope to optimize automation tool usage
6. Review of the estimates during the project execution
7. Scope to apply learning curve from other similar projects
8. Review resources fitment - opportunity to replace with lower levels
9. Scope to improve projects process
10. Projects that have a high number of on-shore testing resources
11. Projects lacking sap experienced test resources
