Kotter Change Model and ADKAR Model

I am comparing Kotter's model with ADKAR from Prosci, they closely resemble each other though Kotter seems to be more forceful in implementing change.

Kotter Change Model and ADKAR Model

This topic will help me to compare both the models. Change models are one of the most hard thing to implement for the managers as there are so many difficulties and obstacles on the way. People don't like change which is why they resist.
