How is the Change Presented and Communicated?

Though I believe that with change management substance is important, I believe that form is also important.
That which is first noticeable in the continuum of change is quite often form. With form, I'm suggesting that the way you present change is equally important as change itself.
Once presented wrong it can evoke regressive and aggressive reactions. In addition, presentation also addresses the issues of integration of change into all layers of the organization.

How is Change Presented and Communicated?

Change often starts with creating an appealing picture of the future, a vision.
Subsequently one needs form or structure to be able bring about this change in all the layers of the organization. One needs substance to ensure that change is longlasting and becomes an integral part of the organization.
So in my opinion there is no substance without form and no form without substance.
