Red to Blue Ocean

In my opinion, a matured organization who is having a visionary leader will definitely move from red ocean to blue ocean
Simply, I will say it is creating a niche market
During the run to capture market share, leaders often forget to fulfill the small pockets available in the market having special requirements or who need some customized services
. In India, Mahindra & Mahindra have entered in low HP tractor zone after capturing 45% of market share in higher HP market. The low HP segment is having a cost & differentiation benefit. A visionary CEO
will convert the red ocean to blue which is actually a demand of the time and to maintain himself as leader in the market place too.
Nokia is also moving to differentiated low cost mobiles to compete with the existing competitors.
