Validated Instrument for Measuring Blue Ocean Strategy

🔥NEW I am examining the relationship between the Blue Ocean Strategy and firm performance in the construction industry using a quantitative methodology. I am considering the Blue Ocean Strategy as an antecedent variable and I am looking for a validated instrument to measure the variable. An antecedent variable is a variable that can help to explain the apparent relationship (or part of the relationship) between other variables that are nominally in a cause and effect relationship. In a regression analysis, an antecedent variable would be one that influences both the independent variable and the dependent variable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
