Antidotes Against Ethics Collapse: THEIRS
Antidotes to the ethical collapse. Follow the THEIRS principle:
T = Truthfulness
H = Honesty
E = Equity
I = Integrity
R = Rationality, these would lead to
S = Sustainability.
Anyone wishing how THEIRS is implementable can get in touch.

Operationalizing the THEIRS Principle
This sounds good. However, I would like to know how the principle is operationalised. Is it a linear model?

Ethical Collapse - the Solution
Names and labels, in themselves, and by themselves don’t matter. Further, theories only wait to be crucified the next day, or the next week. But what is deep rooted is firm, and it withstands the onslaughts of ‘changing approaches’. A beautician ‘apparently changes’ the complexion, not the individual.
This is why it is absolutely essential to apply THEIRS to all communal activities. When you ‘walk the talk’, when you lead by serving, when you compromise not on merit, when you become your own best supervisor and your own best assessment centre, others follow your own best examples, and the miracle – success – becomes a permanent feature of corporate achievements.
